Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement. Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the service:

1. You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. vio77 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2. You must be accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, and accounts operated on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
3. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any person employed by vio77 or any of its technology, payment, or game-content providers.
4. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be registered on any national or platform-level self-exclusion list. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from the Platform, you are not eligible to open a new Account until the exclusion period has formally elapsed and been lifted by the Company's Responsible Gaming team.

Account Registration

Each eligible Player may hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details, payment methods, or device fingerprints — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

1. Registration Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement.
2. Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. vio77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in is your sole responsibility.
3. Account Security: You must notify vio77 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. The Company will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
4. One Account Per Household: Only one Account is permitted per household address and per shared device. Where the Company detects multiple accounts linked to the same household or device, it reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold associated promotional funds.
5. Account Currency: All vio77 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No multi-currency switching is available. All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.

Identity Verification (KYC)

vio77 is committed to operating in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during a Player's tenure on the Platform.

1. Required Documents: Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent), proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a photograph of the bank card used for deposits).
2. Processing Time: The Company aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Complex cases or cases flagged for enhanced due diligence may take up to 10 business days.
3. Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. The Company is not liable for any delay to withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide complete and legible documentation promptly.
4. Ongoing Monitoring: Verified accounts remain subject to ongoing transaction monitoring. The Company reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time, including when account activity patterns change materially or when regulatory requirements mandate re-verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vio77 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit transaction is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player Account and will be returned, subject to applicable bank processing times.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal transaction is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
3. Processing Times: Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited in real time. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically within 15 minutes to 3 hours for e-wallets and within 1–6 hours for bank transfers, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
4. Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, unless the Player has completed an alternative-channel authorisation process with the Company's Finance team. This requirement is a core anti-fraud and AML control.
5. Deposit Limits: vio77 does not impose a maximum deposit cap for verified accounts at the standard tier; however, enhanced due diligence applies to single deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000. The Company reserves the right to apply transaction limits to any account at its sole discretion.
6. Transaction Fees: vio77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Third-party bank fees imposed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Company's control and are the Player's responsibility.
7. Failed or Disputed Transactions: Players who believe a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has not been received must contact support within 30 days of the transaction date, providing the transaction reference number, amount, date/time (WIB), and payment method used.

Bonuses & Promotions

vio77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer in the Bonus Centre, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 25× (twenty-five times) the bonus amount.
2. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets at minimum odds of 1.50 typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100% unless excluded. Live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Togel (numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%. Zero-contribution games are listed in the Bonus Centre exclusion list.
3. Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in an individual offer, bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonus balances will be removed from the Account upon expiry without compensation.
4. One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active in a Player Account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus remains pending will cause the pending bonus to be forfeited, unless the Bonus Centre explicitly states that the bonuses are stackable.
5. Abuse and Fraud: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system. This includes, without limitation, bonus-hunting strategies, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and exploiting software errors.
6. Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering Completion: If a Player requests a withdrawal of their deposited funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, the Company will deduct any outstanding bonus balance and associated bonus winnings from the withdrawal amount prior to processing.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game stakes placed on the Platform are subject to the specific product rules published in the relevant section of vio77.bio, in addition to the following general provisions:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the Platform returns a confirmed bet reference number and the corresponding deduction is reflected in the Player's account balance. Pending bets may be refused or voided in the event of a pricing error, system fault, or market suspension occurring before confirmation.
2. Odds and Pricing: All sportsbook odds are provided in decimal format by default. The Company reserves the right to update odds in real time up to the moment of bet acceptance. Accepted bets are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, regardless of subsequent market movement.
3. Manifest Errors: vio77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (manifestly incorrect prices due to a technical or human error). Players will be notified of voided bets and the staked amount will be returned to their account balance within 24 hours.
4. Maximum Payout Limits: Single-event maximum payouts are set per sport and per product category and are published in the relevant product rules section. The Company's overall maximum payout liability per player per day is Rp 500.000.000 across all products combined, unless a higher limit has been individually agreed in writing for VIP-tier accounts.
5. In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Company's discretion, including during significant match events (goals, red cards, official reviews). Bets placed immediately before a suspension event may be voided if the Company determines that the market price did not adequately reflect the event.
6. Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules: Mix parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one selection is voided or postponed, that leg is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at recalculated odds. Minimum selection for a mix parlay is three (3) events.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other Players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Match-fixing or any conduct that constitutes sports corruption under applicable law or sports governing body rules.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access credentials to any third party.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not such exploitation results in a financial gain.
• Chargebacks — disputing a valid and processed deposit transaction with a bank or payment provider. Any chargeback initiated against vio77 will result in immediate Account suspension and full recovery of disputed funds plus any associated administrative costs.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information at registration or during KYC.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the vio77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and odds data — is the exclusive intellectual property of vio77 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants the Player any licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as intended.

Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and associated assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under valid commercial licence agreements.

Privacy & Data Protection

vio77 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at vio77.bio/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include: all data is transmitted under 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption; payment details are not stored on vio77 servers in unencrypted form; player data is not sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent; and data-access requests may be submitted to the contact address in Clause 16.

Responsible Gaming

vio77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Company provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from within every Player Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing financial, emotional, or social harm are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively and to review the detailed guidance on our Responsible Gaming page. Support is also available 24/7 from our Indonesian-speaking customer support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vio77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, and civil unrest.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on odds data, statistical information, or editorial content published on the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Suspension & Termination

vio77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A dormant account maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 per month will be applied after a 30-day written notice period. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach or fraud), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours and are irreversible unless the closure was requested as a cooling-off measure rather than permanent self-exclusion.

Amendments to This Agreement

vio77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The version number and effective date displayed in the page header of this document reflect the currently binding version of this Agreement. Previous versions are available on request by contacting the Company at the address in Clause 16.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vio77 holds its international gaming licence. The Company operates under a valid internationally recognised gaming licence and complies with the licensing authority's standards for player fund protection, fair gaming, and dispute resolution.

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the Player and the Company, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting vio77 customer support (see Clause 16). The Company will respond to formal written complaints within 5 business days (WIB) with a written resolution proposal.

Escalation: If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by the Company's licensing authority. The Company will provide the relevant contact details upon request.

Indonesia Market Notice: Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to change. The Player remains solely responsible for ensuring their ongoing compliance with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. vio77 does not provide legal advice and nothing in this Agreement should be construed as a representation regarding the legal status of online betting in any specific jurisdiction.
